Medicare Savings Programs: In Massachusetts, the MassHealth Buy-In programs assist with paying Medicare premiums for those who qualify based on income and assets. Individuals who qualify for one of the Buy-In programs will also automatically be eligible for Extra Help to assist with prescription costs under Medicare Part D. Depending on your level of eligibility, the Buy-In program may also help to pay your Medicare deductibles, coinsurance, or copayments.
